Vietnam and Sierra Leone inked a chit of bargain (MoU) on team-work in cultivation in Hanoi on Jul 27.
Signatories were Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Nguyen Thi Xuan Thu and Sierra Leone Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food Security Ali Mansaray.
Under a MoU, the two sides will boost team-work in fisheries and rice prolongation and Vietnam will send experts to Sierra Leone to control surveys and provide proposals for unsentimental projects.
