Minh Tri Wood Manufacturing Co. Ltd, originally Binh Phuoc at Thu Duc HCMC, was founded in April 1985. The company specializes in cutting and barking lumber.
In 2001, due to shortage in lumber supply, Binh Phuoc invested in Okal wood production line, which take advantage of raw waste from shavings and domino (crushed wood) to produce Okal planks with production of 900 – 1000 unit per day.

In 2004, in its development and expansion, Minh Tri Wood Manufacturing moved to Binh Duong province on the plot of 21,000 sq m that holds 3 manufacturing workshops of 7,500 sq m and one sawing, splitting and drying line, including
– Okal plank, Formica plank workshop, with 1,200-1,300 units per day production
– Wood manufacturing that produce in-house, outdoor, grafted woods products… for local and export markets, with production of 40′ 7 containers /month
– Sawing, splitting, drying line with 500cubic meter/month production.
