The Sims 3 House Tour: Chateau Fyre

This is a complete tour of my latest creation for The Sims 3. It is a 4-story chateau, plus a basement, separate garage, and guard house. It is fully landscaped with fountains and gardens, and also contains a pool and gazebo. It is also fully enclosed by a wall. This took me many hours to build and test, but was very fun. The chateau costs almost $3.5 mil furnished, and about $750k unfurnished. Sims will receive the beautifully decorated moodlet in all interior areas. It is fully play-tested and ready to be used in your game. This is the link to download the house: www.thesims3.com This is the link to the family that goes with this house: www.thesims3.com

  1. well i love it from the outside..but i dont like the interior very much..you have done a very good job nonetheless

  2. This house is pretty good but you should stick to the oldfashion art on the walls! I saw you had modern :S too many cars, and to many exersice items in that room.

    I’ll give this a 7 out of 10. Good work man 🙂

  3. have a sim-frend come over and theyll probly think something like “am i goin to a frends house or checking into a 5 styar hotel?!”lol good job! how much did it cost?

  4. Have you tried using edit town to move the household in?

If that doesn’t work, I don’t know what to do.

  5. Wtf, man… I made a big nice mansion, and the shit won’t let me move into it. It’s 60×60 lot, and .. I bought the lot and everything, the house is

    EMPTY,

But I don’t get the option to move into it? WTF?! I used motherlode so I can afford it, and I’m still stuck with that stupid ass small house… I don’t understand why it won’t let me
    Move in?
