Thien Long coconut candy

Thien Long coconut candy is made totally from natural materials, and is selected very carefully. Fresh ripe coconut is used in the manufacturing process is required to be free of decolor, water permeation causing unstable quality of deiccated meat, and indirectly affecting the quality of coconut crushed milk which is the main ingredient of the coconut candy.
Parallel to the carefully-chosen coconut raw material, in order to make high-quality candy, we use sugar of the RE category (RE is short for Refined Extra, which is sugar of premium quality). We also use malt made from sticky rice grown abundantly in the fields, not from wheat which is unpopular in coconut candy manufacturing.

And what is more, in making the candy of various flavours and tastes such as durian, cashew, ground-nut, and lotus, the best of the kinds are also chosen. No preserving additives or saccharose are used in Thien Long coconut candy.

Thien Long’s products have been endorsed and certified by the Ministry of Industry (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade) and the Ministry of Science and Technology. They also have been awarded with Gold Medal for Vietnamese High-Quality Product; a Golden Cup for Brand of safety and for community health; and have been granted a certificate of food safety and hygiene issued by the Center for Preventive Healthcare.

Thien Long products have recently gained steadily increasing domestic market share, particularly in the Mekong Delta region and in the supermarkets of Ho Chi Minh City, Ha Noi and Da Nang City. They include such great supermarkets as Sai Gon Co-op, Maximart, Sai Gon Supermarket, Ha Noi Supermarket, Citimart, Cantho Supermarket, and other marts in Da Nang, Chau Doc, Tra Vinh, …. In overseas markets, Thien Long products have also been regularly exported to Germany, North America, Australia, Hungary, etc.
Thien Long’s cassava crackers and coconut candy have special taste and their own characteristic flavour thanks to both the manufacturing techniques and the stable quality of raw materials, that is we use only naturally-grown raw materials to make the stuffs.
