   Suggar: ≤ 5% Max.
   Moisture: ≤ 18% Max.
   Diastate: 8.3 Min.
   HMF: ≤15 µg/kg.
   Reducing Suggar: 65% Min.
   Streptomycine: <0.01
   Tetracycline: <0.01
   Sulfonamides: <0.01
   Chloramphenicol: <0.3

Above are specifications, however, we prefer samples approved by customer before shipping.
