Highlands Coffee is all about great coffee. Whether that’s in our coffee shops throughout Vietnam, a pack you’ve bought at the supermarket or a cup you’ve had in a leading hotel or restaurant. We strive to serve the perfect cup, every cup.

Established in 1998 with packaged coffee, it was in 2002 that we opened our first cafe. Now with around 40 coffee shops in Vietnam, Highlands Coffee is looking forward to sustained growth as the development of the nation continues.

Highlands Coffee is a brand of Viet Thai International Joint Stock Company (VTI). Our Company vision is to lead as the premier retail operator in Vietnam.

The Company’s mission is to bring world class retail experiences to Vietnam, through the creation of Company owned brands and partnerships with leading international brands.

VTI’s retail leadership is demonstrated through its chain of Company owned Highlands Coffee stores as well as the growing network of Nike outlets. Company structure has been built around two retailing categories and one services group to support Corporate growth:

• – VTI Foods Group. Highlands Coffee being the cornerstone. With impressive growth over the past 4 years, and a goal of 100 outlets by 2008, this foundation brand provides the revenue stream to grow the Foods Group as well as establish substantial equity operations in other Groups.
• – Nike being the foundation brand. VTI is the strategic premium retailer for Vietnam.
• – VTI Services Group. Grey Global Group (GGG) being the foundation brand. GGG is one of the world’s leading advertising networks and formed a partnership with VTI in January 2006. The Head Office is in Hanoi and the Commercial Office is in HCMC.

VTI legal structure is a 100% Vietnamese Joint Stock Company. The Head office is in Hanoi and the Commercial office is in HCMC.
