We take care our flowers and will do our utmost to ensure that our customers receive the best possible product. In doing so we, Ngoc Mai Trang, wish to maintain a long term, valuable and mutually profitable relationship.
POST HARVEST SYSTEM:
* 10.000 flowers are harvested every day of the year and put immediately in preservative water in the greenhouses.
* A well equipped packing area of 1.000 square meters with a 200 square meters of cool cell to keep the flowers at optimum temperature.
* Experienced staff and grading workers who check and guarantee our quality.
* Control the temperature chain by:
o Pre-cooling before transportation.
o Using cool trucks with temperature recorders
o Making strict agreement to cargo agents and airlines.
DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
Export:
Ngoc Mai Trang currently exports flowers to Russia, China. We are eager to develop new markets and co-operate with qualifying professional flower importers and/ or distributors.
Domestic market:
* Pre-packed customers:
Orders of large quantity from regular customers throughout Vietnam can be received daily and directly in Dalat by fax, e-mail or telephone. These customers have written agreements with Ngoc Mai Trang.
