stablished in July 1999 but got experiences in production of outdoor wooden furniture for a long time, TIEN DAT Company Limited shares philosophy of providing the best materials, workmanship and service to our customers. No forced labor, prison labor or illegal child labor are used. With the investment of modern technology and equipments and one thousand skilled workers and experienced staff , we are one of leaders in manufacturing and exporting wooden furniture in Qui Nhon city, Vietnam. Our production capacity is now from 50 to 70 FCL 40 FT per month with the export turnover about 5,000,000.00 USD per season. Our products are made of timber form two sources : natural wood and plantation wood such as Cho chi, Balau, Keruin, white Teak, Yellow Teak, Acacia, Eucalyptus …
TIEN DAT Company owns 2 factories : one in Hoang Van Thu street, Qui Nhon city and another in Phu Tai Industrial Zone, Qui Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province, Vietnam with total area of 32,000 sq meter, listing : three blade saw -mill ( 1500sqm), Machinery mill with various chains of production (10,000sqm)., Finishing mill (5,000 sqm), saw material warehouse (5,000sqm), 40 drying kilns (2.500sqm), Stores (1,500sqm), Packing mill (5.200sqm), show room (700sqm) and others (700sqm).Besides, our company has imported many modern machines for manufacture from countries such as Italy, Taiwan…. and a large quantity of FSC wood in some Asian countries and South African countries . Our prime object is that the quality and the diversity of products should be always maintained in the best way. So, we have obtained a professional Quality Control Team (QCT) who passed training courses and a group of designers who are able to study and design all products customers demand. Furthermore. The company also apply COC and ISO9000 into our quality management system to catch up customers’ quality requirements. Every section of our company – from designing, cutting, sanding, finishing, packing up to delivery – is subject to strict quality control. QC Team is to follow up the production and shipment to guarantee the quality of items in good condition and shipment on time.
