  1. that’s so not true..i was able to breed my parakeet without removing the little bird.s..they just do their own stuff no need for you to do anything except to provide food and water..

  2. i dont know, i have two budgies and one is about a quatter bigger then the other so if the bigger one is a english budgie and the other is a australian budgie will they shill breed

  3. OMG This guy does not know anything DO NOT LISTEN TO HIM!!!!! if you raise baby keets in a finches nest they will all sufficate and the mother will stop caring for them because she herself cant fit their….. i would know my friend had this experience!

  4. @tinagaroavonishan dude well do u have both a boy and a girl and they should have like a breeding food diet each day but they also have to be close to an adult they will not mate as a child although age isnt really that important

  5. @parrotflock lol the finch nest i know thats funny the proper parakeet breeding place is like a wooden log the parakeets bite through themselves and lay eggs inside

Strange… They are labeled as parakeets everywhere if you buy them… I understand Budgierigar as the other term, but why are you so butt hurt that the word parakeet is used, go to all the pet stores in your area and tell them to change all the “parakeet” signs to “Budgie” signs… bet theyll tell you to go to hell

  10. i have 2 parakeet male and female,they never breed ,i bought them nest box onle the female going there 4,5 time,and now she stop to go there.but the male never went to nest box,they kissing each other but they never mate?what can i do ??and one more question when i hold me parakeet they bite my tumbs..howcan i hold my parakeet like you>????

  13. Ive raised lots of budgies. The mother usually feeds them 4 after like the bbys starts growing their feathers, but then the mother starts plucking them, so i seprate them. I really need to find something that will be easier for me to feed em… Like tools…recipes… Please contact me if you know any tips.

  14. Please be careful, because you are talking about parakeets and not all parakeets have the same breeding requirements.
    The word ‘parakeet’ should be replaced with ‘budgie’ in your video 🙂

    Also, you should mention that anyone who wants to breed budgies should be prepared to have extra cash in case a visit to an avian vet is needed.
