Trung Tin Food Manufacturing Girdle Cake (Rice paper)-located in Cu Chi province, Ho Chi Minh City – was established in 1991 to consolidate the operation of the trade village with an assembly line of 500 bake house and 1000 villager-laborers. Our output is 500 tons per year.
At the moment, we produce the girdle with machinery with numerous output, especially square girdle cake 90% of rice as our clients demand, particularly the ones from EU, and super thin and soft girdle made from 100% Tapioca starch exported to USA…, which are our specific products.
We are producer of girdle cake used to make steamed rolls rice pancake ravioli and baked, one of Vietnamese traditional cuisine. And we are also producer of Rice noodle, noodle with seasoned and saute beef (served hot and with other ingredents), rice vermicelli, Chinese vernicelli, fine noodles, peziza and a lots kinds of girdle cake, such as: black sesame, white sesame, shrimp-sesame etc…
