Vietnam, Sierra Leone ink rural deal

Signatories were Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Nguyen Thi Xuan Thu and Sierra Leone Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food Security Ali Mansaray.

Under a MoU, the two sides will boost team-work in fisheries and rice prolongation and Vietnam will send experts to Sierra Leone to control surveys and provide proposals for unsentimental projects.

On Jul 25, Deputy Minister Thu and visiting Sierra Leone Deputy Minister Ali Mansaray hold talks.

The Sierra Leone central pronounced that his nation deliberate Vietnam as a tip partner in rural team-work and would emanate favourable conditions for Vietnamese experts and learned workers to a country.

According to Deputy Minister Thu, Vietnam sent rural experts to help develop rice investigate centres in Sierra Leone and will send more experts to a nation in Aug to lay a grounds for building a cooperative programme on rice and seafood prolongation between a two countries.
