Bismarck, N.D. (AP) The state Department of Agriculture says it will distribute more than $1 million dollars among counties and one city for noxious weed control over the next two years.
Officials say the average allocation for each county is about $20,600. Cass, Divide, Pembina, Traill and Ward counties did not qualify for the funding.
Wahpeton was the only city to qualify for the funds, and will receive about $8,200.
