An Giang range develops rice plantation in Laos

The Mekong Delta range of An Giang is operative on a plan to build a prolific plantation in a Lao twin range of Champassak.

Vice Chairman of a An Giang People’s Committee Ho Viet Hiep announced a plan while assembly with Lao Deputy Prime Minister Somsavath Lengsavath in Vientiane on Jul 4 during his operative visit to Laos between Jun 29 and Jul 8.

The project combines a prolongation of high-quality rice, fish tact and planting
of fast-growing industrial trees, bringing high mercantile efficiency, Hiep said.

He voiced his wish to accept support from internal authorities to make a plan operational as shortly as possible.

to lift out a plan on a 5,300 ha rice in Suphuma district, Champassak province.
