Dong Nai Rubber Company (DONARUCO) is a member of Vietnam Rubber Industry Group, was established on June 02 1975, we took over initial material facilities including 12 plantations with total rubber tree areas of 21,054 ha and 04 processing factories with total capability of 10,500 metric tons per year from French former companies in 1975. Within 10 years (1975 – 1985), we had developed up 17 plantations with total areas of 55,781 ha, total exploiting materials accounted for 50% on total Vietnam materials. Since 1994, Donaruco splitted 4 plantations with total areas of 13,559 ha to establish Baria Rubber Company in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province

Dong Nai Rubber Company (DONARUCO) now have 13 plantations with total rubber tree areas of 36,662 ha (therein: exploiting areas of 30,839 ha, basic areas of 5,823 ha). Rubber seeds contain: GT 1 (36.19%), RR 600 (19.33%), PB 235 (15.73%), VM 515 (9.28%) and the other experimental seeds such as RR 623, VM 514, VM 517, RR 707, PB 255, Poly, P.Clone,. . .(19,47%)

In adding, 01 Hang Gon joint-stock factory, our capital acount for 50%, far away from head office app. 10 km and from Ho Chi Minh city app. 88 km, total capacity: 60 metric tons dry per day.

Total processing production of 5 factories estimate from 50,000 to 55,000 metric tons per year.

DONARUCO focus on 3 main business line: agricultural, industrial and services; therein our main product is technically specified natural rubber of agricultural fied such as SVR L, SVR 3L, SVR CV50, SVR CV60, SVR GP, SVR 5, SVR 10, SVR 20, SVR 10CV, centrifuged Latex HA/LA 60% DRC…which account for 96% on our total annual revenues and estimate 10% on total natural rubber volumes in Vietnam. The other products of industrial field and services such as construction, machinery, engineering and manufacture, local transport, wooden manufacture; 01 hospital with 200 patient bed and management of infirmary systems from plantations; 01 hotel with capacity 100 person in Da Lat city (Lam Dong provine).

Besides, we have been investing to make joint-venture, joint-stock with industrial zone, real estate, wooden products, sport instrument, bank, hydroelectric plant, tourism; progressive scheme of 3,000 ha rubber trees in Lam Dong province (up to Sep. 2008, we have planted 250 ha); and progressive scheme of 10,000 ha rubber trees in Cambodia (up to Sep. 2008, we have planted 69 ha)

We have been supplying to consumption markets

– Overseas market consume 60% volume; therein, Asia market consume app. 40% such as China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Japan. Europe market comsume app. 16% volume such as France, Italy, Germany, Netherland, United Kingdom, Spain, Belgium…,and region of America North consume app. 40% such as United States of America, Canada…

– Local market consume 40% volume from manufactures of mattress, gloves, condoms, shoes in industrial zones and export processing zones.

Almost, customers have appraised our rubber quality very high. Trademark and prestigious of Dong Nai Rubber Company always remain stable position in local and international market. To apply effective quality management system ISO 9001 : 2000, environment management system ISO 14000, corporate responsibility system SA 8000 for the purpose of commercial advantage with WTO. We achieved the Topten Golden Cup Award of year 2006 from Vietnam prestigious trademarks and products votation; Vietnam Quality Golden Award of year 2006 from Prime Minister; ISO Golden Cup Award from Ministry of Science and Technology; Golden Cup for development of community, Export Prestigious Cup in continuous 4 years (2004, 2005, 2006, 2007) and Well-known Trademark of year 2008 from Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
