BARIMEX MINERAL WATER & BREWAGE JOINT STOCK COMPANY has been merged and equitized from two companies: PRODUCTION ANIMAL HUSBANDRY EXPORT PRODUCTS PROCESSING CO., LTD, BEER & BREWAGE COMPANY SUOI NGHE MINERAL WATER PLANT.
The change of name into BARIMEX JOINT STOCK COMPANY is based on the Decision No.000126/GP/TLDN issued by the People’s Committee of Ba Ria Vung Tau Province.
Business License No 059195 issued by the Planning & Investment Department of Ba Ria Vung Tau Province on 02 Jan, 1998 with the initial investment capital of 2 million USD.
The 5th addition on 9 May, 2008 with the charter capital of 69,000,000,000 VND ( Six nine billion VND), working capital is 549,000,000,000 VND (Five hundred and forty nine billion VND). The source of capital of the company has been contributed by shareholders, the company does not have the share contribution from the Government.
