Dong Nai is situated in the south-eastern region where long –term plants such as rubber, pepper, coffee, cotton, peanuts, maize….occupied one–third of the country’s industrial plant growing area. Agricultural products are gradually tied to the processing industry. In a bid to exploit those potentials available locally to meet the increasing needs for agricultural products home and abroad, in 1998 the Agricultural Product Processing Plant of Tin Nghia company was founded at Long Binh Ward, BienHoa City. The past 10-year period of development required a new paradigm that well fits the changing business environment : in February, 2009 Tin Nghia Company did changed the factory business type into a limited company named Tin Nghia Agro-product Trading Company, Ltd.

The company is located at KM 1+ 900, National Highway 51, Long Binh Tan ward, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province in lieu of the former office of the factory, engaed mainly in trading and processing coffee beans, corn, pepper, ground cofee branded S-café; warehousing, transportation by riverway, landway; import&export service; rubber cakes….modern processing technology with capacity of more than 100 tons/month, closely monitored under advanced quality standard systems such as ISO, HACCP , the Company did produce Scafé coffee line covering 3 main product ranges, i.e. Scafe Origin, Scafe Romance and Scafe Start to bring added value to those existing green coffee products. Outstanding at many big events such as trade fairs and exhibitions, Scafe products were greatly appreciated and certified by Food Safety & Hygience Service as quality products of community’s health safety.

The Plant has extensively invested in modern processing equipment with capacity of 250 tons per day. Along with a system of large warehouse premises capable of accomodating over 20,000 tons, good maintenance facility under the advanced ISO 9001 : 2000 and HACCP integrated systems, the factory constantly enhance its export coffee items under a close control of quality . In paralell with those coffee and pepper beans, other items such as maize, sliced tapioca… have been sourced right from farms and then well processed to supply to cattle-feeding production companies with steady quality and reasonable price.

Over nearly 10 consecutive years, Tin Nghia Company has been ranked one of the country’s top ten exporters by Vietnam Coffee & Cocoa Association (VICOFA) and obtained compliments and appreciations of foreign customers in terms of globally good and steady quality. Tin Nghia Company was awarded Prestiged Exporter for three consecutive years of 2004-2005-2006. Annual export volume reaches between 40,000 and 50,000 tons to US and european markets, whereby the Factory itself did issue Weight and Quality Certificates involving one third of its export volume.
