GENERAL INTRODUCTION OF HOANDUONG

Hoan Duong Production and Trading Joint Stock Company was established on 2002; it has continuously developed and now become a famous and reputable company specialized in Feed Mill and invest in agricultural operations that gained the fastest growth in Vietnam.
Situation of business: end of financial year 2009 turnover growth rate is 125.8%, increased 52.0% in comparison with year 2008
Market share growth of Hoan Duong in Feed Mill area reached record level about 200 % in comparison with year 2008, particularly in some provinces, Hoan Duong’s products gained 15% to 20% of market share.
Interest before taxable gained 112.3% in comparison with schedule for year 2009 and 37.3% in comparison with the same period year 2008.
Although Hoan Duong had had influence of the affect of global economic recession and abnormal changes of agricultural products home/overseas market, our traditional business area such as: Feed Mill production and trading, inland material purchasing, export agricultural products activities still achieved considerable result.
All above mentioned operations have been finished beyond all expectations with profit over 120% as well as revenue over 150% in comparison with year 2009.
Human Resources: Until 31/12/2009, total employees and collaborators of Hoan Duong are 316 people in all the country.
