Established in 1973, VEGETEXCO I HANOI has grown rapidly in response to strong domestic as well as world demand for canned vegetables and fruits. The company manufactures and distributes premium quality, nutritious canned products pricipally under the VEGETEXCO I HANOI brand name and is known as one of largest producers of canned fruits and vegetables in Vietnam. The company believes that the wide range of products provides a competitive advantage in reaching all customers. So far the company have exported quite a large quantity of products to Europe, Asia and Middle East … and has been enjoying a good reputation in the markets.
Today, the company and its four members, including:Tan Mai Trading and Processing and Service Company Ltd, Packing and Export-Import Company Ltd, Tam Duong Vegetable and Fruit Processing Factory, Viet-Xo Joint-Stock Company with annual capacity 30,000 tons of products are all awarded ISO 9001-2000 and HACCP certificates.
Besides canned products, the company also deals with other agro-forestry products such as: black pepper, white pepper, star aniseeds, cinnamon, chilli, desicccated coconut, garlic, ginger, turmeric, agar-agar, jelly… Among those VEGETEXCO I HANOI for many year is known as the largest exporter of star aniseeds, cinnamon and black pepper in North Vietnam.
