Company introduction

    LamDong Tea Corporation has been established since 1975, on the basis of inheriting tea production factories that existed before 1975 and have continued developing in the Central South highland of VietNam, and specializing in growing, processing and trading in a variety of tea. Being one of a few companies in VietNamthat have the advantage in tea production because of the suitable climate and land condition, simultaneously located on an area with the largest concentration of tea growing in the region, with tea area up to 25,000 hectares, and occupies ¼ of the tea land area nationwide.

The corporation now owns 8 tea factories that include 7 black tea factories of which there are 2 green tea production lines based upon Japanese technology, 1 factory specializes in producing green tea, and scented tea varieties. The corporation now has nearly 2,000 hectares under tea, 200 hectares under coffee, 1 mechanical factory and a branch office in Ho Chi Minh City. As well The corporation contributes a joint-venture capital with 1 Japanese corporation growing, processing and trading tea.

    The processing technology is completely mechanized, tea leaves are supplied from the tea plantations of The corporation and is partly selected from tea plantations of local people with close management in order to insure food safety for the processed products.

The corporation has the ability to supply 6,000 – 8,000 tonnes per year of a variety of tea products such as OTD black tea, CTC black tea, Japanese green tea, green tea, scented tea …

   With rich land and the ideal climatic conditions of the highlands 800 – 1,650m above sea level, Lamdong tea products with their original flavour has made Vietnam’s tea products in the South capable of meeting the demand for consumption of high-quality products both in the domestic and foreign markets for many years.

   The products of LamDong tea corporation have been exported to the markets of countries in Asia, Europe, Northern America … The LamDong tea corporation is capable of becoming a stable supplier of tea products for domestic and foreign customers, and is simultaneously competent to be a partner in development investment cooperation for businesses that are interested in trading tea products in LamDong.
